Vascular Therapy
Vascular therapy is the process of reducing unsightly veins from all parts of the body. Small facial veins (or telangectasias) are treated with the Cutera YAG laser. This takes only a few minutes and feels like a snap of a rubber band. Often there is no downtime after treatment.
Spider veins on the legs are often better treated with sclerotherapy. Knotty varicose veins are not good candidates. Several treatments are usually sufficient. However, the number of treatments necessary depends on the number, color and size of the vessels being treated. Vascular therapy is often combined with laser hair removal.
